An app for a client

Hello, I have absolutely no idea which forum this should go in… Forgive me if this seems totally stupid - or easy…

I have a client who’s asked me to develop a simple app for their company. It’s a very simple slideshow - almost like a Powerpoint presentation.

I’ve created something and it’s all working perfectly. But now I’m stuck. How can I get the app to the client’s ipad? They don’t want it on the App Store, only on their iPads so that can take it to client meetings. Ideally I really don’t want to have to install it for them, just give them a file. They don’t want to bother dealing with TestFlight accounts or any other software.

Is there any easy way of getting an free app onto an iPad? I’m sure I must be missing something somewhere.

This is actually NOTHING to do with CoroanSDK, so you should post it in Off-Topic, not Developer Support

get their Device ID, add that to your devices, generate an Ad Hoc profile, compile with that

send the App and the certificate to the client, let them drag drop it on iTunes and then sync their iPads with iTunes

done…

Ad Hoc apps can also installed by download from a website. In my experience thats much easier. What about the lifetime of the Ad Hoc signed apps? [import]uid: 70114 topic_id: 16224 reply_id: 60425[/import]
