Android App not available to new android devices

The subjects says everything, the app is available on the market to my HTC G2 and my friends DroidX but not my other friends brand new Samsung charge which has a ARM7 processor and is at least android 2.2

Corona SDK is only available for ARMv7 devices.

The Droid Charge does indeed surpass the minimum requirements (ARMv7 support/Android 2.2) to run apps made with the Corona SDK (it uses a SOC that is nearly identical to the SOC in Galaxy S phones).
