Android create live build error - Unfinished string

Hi,

Live build for Android stopped working for me a few days back with the following error message:

BUILD ERROR: C:\Users\Markus\AppData\Local\Temp\Corona LabsCLtmpa05344\main.lua:1: unfinished string near ''cd108789-293c-4a36-bbf9-656f245e319f' Android build failed (5) after 0 seconds

I’ve tried updating to the latest SDK version (2017.3044) and also clearing the project sandbox, without success. Does anybody know why this happens and how to fix it? The temp directory that’s referenced in the error message doesn’t even exist when I try to have a look at it.

Building for Android without checking the “live build” box works just fine. It’s only live build that fails.

Thank you for your feedback. Are you building on Windows or Mac? I would suggest deleting .CoronaLiveBuild file from your project root and building again. It seems like it got corrupted somehow.
