[Android emulator] Crashes "Unfotunately, @appname@ has stopped"

Why crashes any build on any Android with error “The app unfotunately stopped”?
I am try build “Hellow world” sample code, tested on Android Emulator SDK Platform 2.2, 2.3, 4.0, 4.0.3 [import]uid: 130910 topic_id: 27155 reply_id: 327155[/import]
