Android Game Tools Settings

I recently purchased the Galaxy S9+ and upon installing my released app, I noticed my game was running at a lesser screen resolution and was not filling the entire screen.  Upon further inspection, I found the “Game Tools” settings in this newer version of Android.  There was a setting called “Full Screen” that was defaulted to Off.  When I turned it on, it informed me that if it didn’t look right to turn it back off.  After that, it prompted me to restart the app and all was well.  I’ve specifically designed my app to handle these newer, more elongated resolutions and it looked just fine in Full Screen mode.

My question is this:  Is there a way in build.settings or config.lua to control this “Game Tools” setting of “Full Screen” mode to default to On or Off as we wish when our app is initially installed?  If not, is this a feature that we could request?
