Android Manifest and XML File?

I am developing an app using Corona/Solar2D and I would like to access the Android Manifest and the XML files for the pages. Currently, when exporting my app to Android many elements do not come out correctly, so is there any way to access the XML and fix that issue? Also I would like to set the sizes of elements accordingly to the different screen sizes and resolutions.

If you cannot access the manifest, then what is the way to do that? Would be appreciated if you could let me know. Thanks!
