I’m wanting an effect that looks like someone is circling an answer on a piece of paper. The end result will simply be a circle, but I want the animated effect to make it look like it’s drawing. I’ve been trying everything I can think of with transitions and have had no luck.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated!
