Animated character made from multiple objects?

I’d like to make a large on-screen character that has individual parts for its body, head, arms & legs. I want to be able to move each limb separately, but still have them attached to the character’s body.

My guess is that I’d need to create reference points on each limb that always stay at the same place on the body, but I don’t know what to do to “connect” them. Does anybody have any ideas on this? [import]uid: 35706 topic_id: 22751 reply_id: 322751[/import]
