Does anyone have an idea how this kind of animation trace is made? I mean these complex effects which appear right after the character moving. Can it be made with sprite animation? May be made with the help of some tool? Any ideas are more than welcome.
Are you talking about the “sparkles” or the character animation? If the former, I suspect it’s some kind of particle effect - albeit a very pretty one. Didn’t realise quite how good Major Magnet looks - kudos to the devs.
Yeah, I’m talking about these sparkles. Such I lib would be a killer - I doubt Particle Candy can do that.
Ok - if these are particles - would it run normally on a device if I try to make the particles of sprite animations?
I know, careful GC work must be done, but apart of it - is it OK to make particle effects using sprite animation? I know images use much more resources than plain shapes.
