Any way to avoid the inclusion of OpenFeith files in final compiled app?

I saw that after compiling an app with Game Edition, lot of OF files are included, in fact more than 415 files, including .png, .nibs, etc… So, what if I don’t want to provide OF functionality and wish to avoid all of this extra app size?

Is there any way to avoid its inclusion?
