Any way to find out any more information on crashes appearing in Google Play

Hi,

I just noticed that I have quite a few crashes appearing on Google Play for one of my apps.  I cannot recreate the bug as I have no idea where to start.  Is there anyway to get more information?  Maybe there is more info on Google Play and I don’t know where to look?

Cheers,

Craig

Can you provide more information?

What build of Corona are you using that’s generating these crashes?

What plugins are you using?

When did you update last?

Rob

Hi Rob,

I pushed out an update a couple of weeks ago, so I am sure my issue related to the update.  The issue I am having is I cant recreate it.

I should have been more specific in my question.  I was wondering if there was a way of getting a log or something of the devices where the error occured.  I understand that it is my update that is likely the cause of the problem.  I was hoping that these logs might be stored on Google Play.

I google it a bit and see a lot of people are using crashlytics, I might look into this.

Craig

Google Play should show you your crashes and provide you stack traces of the errors.

Hi Rob,

Is there anyway of understanding these backtraces?  Or would i have to use a service like crashlytics for more meaningful feedback?

I will share this with engineering.

Can we get more information:

Are there detailed statistics on the crashes and ANRs like frequency, Android versions? More detailed backtraces?

What is the App and it’s Google Play URL?

Thanks
