Any way to make recorded video files smaller?

Hello,

I have a client that wants me to record a video for 90 seconds and upload it to a server. The problem is after about 15 seconds the video is so big. Is there anything I can do to make the file size smaller?

I just recorded about 30 seconds of video and tried uploading it. When trying to use the network.request it gave me an out of memory error. Guess the video was too big.
