Anybody willing to tutor, or help develop a game?

I’m not the best Actionscript developer-- more of a designer and artist-- but I’ve been able to take found actionscript code and tweak them to my purposes in the flash IDE (eg making simple flash games).

I’m having a tough time getting my head around the way functions are formed in lua/corona. I’d like to make a ‘simple’ shooter ala http://www.krazydad.com/bestiary/bestiary_shooter.html or http://www.krazydad.com/bestiary/bestiary_asteroids.html …Anyone willing to tutor a designer? …or even help develop a game? Any way to have some training material for remote developers, like say… over WebEx (Webminar). As you for who live far away of NorthAmerica that would be great and the only way to get additional training.

On the other hand, I can collaborate in case you need someone from this part of the world. (Argentina location).

It will be a totally new workshop with additional material for new features as well as getting up to speed with Corona. We are also going to be doing a webminar. Stay tuned for details.

Hey Carlos! We are ready for this upcoming 2 day workshop, I think it will be great for a guy like mw with 0 programming/ design experience.

Ive been studying lua for a few weeks, a 2 day workshop will def bring everything together for me Im sure! :slight_smile:
