Has anyone built a plugin that will enable full iCloud sync between devices?

I second the question? I’m looking for a device sync solution that doesn’t rely on my servers or a 3rd party service (i.e. not Apple, Google, Amazon. Would pay for the capability.

Wanted to reopen this discussion…  has anyone successfully built an iCloud sync plugin for Enterprise?   I get so many requests for my games for syncing progress across devices.  I’m definitely willing to pay for a plugin that would take care of this!
