I’m aware of the general issues at itunes connect right now - but I can’t even create a provisioning profile in the developer portal which seems pretty wacky. Anyone else running into that issue?

UPDATE: I can create provisioning profiles in Safari but not Google Chrome. I disabled all extensions in google chrome just in case that was the issue but it wasn’t. Strange.
