Anyone got a phone number or any GOOD way to contact Nook Developer?
The Nook platform had been our best performing in terms of sales. But the process is horrid. There is probably enough written already about their double submission process, etc., but now I’m encountering a whole new level of stupid now.
I haven’t been paid. I checked their forum, and other people have had this resolved in just a few days. I looked for contact info. No phone numbers, no email addresses. They say either open a support ticket or send a direct message to them on twitter. But I can’t send a direct message to them on twitter because they don’t follow me on twitter. Insane.
So I opened a support ticket. Got an automated response. Then another mostly automated response, generically address, saying the matter has been reported to the “payments team.” Another week goes by. Nothing. I go back to check the date on the email and notice in the email it says “To review the status of the request and add additional comments, follow the link below:,” which leads to a forum-like page that says the same thing the email says, but over in a sidebar it indicates the issue has no priority and that the process is waiting on my response. My response to a message that said they where investigating. Really?
Oh, yeah, and I can’t confirm they have the right bank info because that is encrypted on the site, and I don’t want to risk changing it now just in case that might de-rail the “investigation.”
Seriously, if anyone in the community has had similar dealings with Nook or good contact info for them, please share. Thanks
