Anyone use MacInCloud.com? I do and need help..

I used macincloud before and worked great. I had to open a new account so I’m trying to get it setup again. I have the latest version or corona on it which I was told I needed. I also went in my iOS dev account and recreated a certificate and provisioning file for testing on a device like I have before.

Now when I go into corona to build an iOS app it says the certificate is not installed. I have tried everything. If anyone wants to login and see if they can fix it just let me know. I am stuck until I can get this fixed. I’ve used this before and worked fine. I guess something is not set right. I copied the provisioning file and certificate to the machine and double-clicked to install which they did. But just says the certificate is not installed.

Thanks,

Warren

I don’t use this service, but over time Apple has moved more toward managing profiles through Xcode.

If you can run Xcode on these machines, go to Xcode, Preferences, Accounts. Log into your Apple developer account and then “View Details”. It should give you options to refresh your certificates and profiles. Then restart the Corona simulator and see if it finds them.

Thank you so much!! I did what you said and it said the private key was missing for the certificate. So I selected to revoke and request again. After that I had access to everything when I did a build with Corona.

MacInCloud is not bad at all for what I need. I do plan to buy a mac one day but I pay $30/month for 4 or 5 hours a day which is more than I need since I develop on my PC.

Thanks,

Warren

It’s great to hear you got it working.

Hey warrenwsav, one question.

Are you able to build to iOS with MacInCloud?

Today I tried and I’m receiving a Error 5.

Thank you

Can I use Corona on MacinCloud with the starter account I have now or do I need to upgrade to Basic or Pro?

You can use MacInCloud with Starter, Basic, or Pro.
