Anyway to log app events to facebook?

We are exploring some of the more advanced Facebook targetting features that seems to be getting lots of traction with other game developers, and one of the things that we would need to be able to do is to log events to facebook, such as this: 

https://developers.facebook.com/docs/ios/app-events/

Looking at the facebook api that’s currently available, it’s not 100% clear if this is something we would be able to do or hack around? This seems like it would be a very valuable feature for a lot of developers.

I’m looking to implement this functionality too. Akao - did you ever manage to figure a way of doing so?

Corona guys - any chance of this being added to your Facebook API?

No, we haven’t found a way around it.

Can I ask for some input from the Corona guys? This feature is quite important for our ability to scale and build a competitive product. I’ve got to imagine it’s also crucial for other studios.

For Enterprise subscribers, you do not have to use our Facebook plugin and you’re free to use the Facebook native iOS SDK and take advantage of any features we do not support.

As for adding the feature to the SDK plugin, you will need to use our feedback site where we track our feature requests:

http://feedback.coronalabs.com

And add a request and vote it up!

No, we haven’t found a way around it.
