App build certificate issues

I am receiving the following information when I try to build my game app for android:

Warning:

The signer certificate has expired

Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -Duser.language=en

Using custom build id from app bundle: 00000 (AppSettings.lua)

Using custom Build Id 00000

BuildID: 59ee7ee672flc

I am using build 2017.3160 of the simulator, this is the first time I have run into this issue. When I load the app to my phone for testing I get the splash screen then main menu however when I select a function I get nothing for the game board and then the screen goes black. The phone I am loading the app to is a Samsung S8

Do I nee to load a newer build?

I assume  you’re doing a debug build  using the default certificate?

If so, try uninstalling Corona,  rebooting, and reinstalling it.  Sorry for the long process, but I think this should fix the issue for you.

While you’re at it I’d be sure to download and install the latest daily build:

https://developer.coronalabs.com/downloads/daily-builds/

PS - 3160 is the latest, so as long as that doesn’t change in the next few minutes, just use the build you’ve got, but be sure to uinstall, reboot, reinstall.

PPS - If you’re building with a production certificate then you need to remake your certificate.
