App icon looks low-res?

Hey!

I was wondering why icons for apps built with Corona look so low-res in Android, especially comparing to other icons I have on my phone.

The original icon was made in Illustrator, exported to 1024*1024 (saved for web and devices), and afterwards I used this Icon generator to create all sizes: http://icon.angrymarmot.org/

Comparing with Corona’s build tutorial I don’t think anything is missing, and all icons look solid. Why is Android using one of the low res versions?

I have fiddeled with dpi settings and this seems to help.
