It’s called App Achievement Unlocked, and it lets game and app devs track and promote their achievements. It’s a lot of fun and you get cool trophies for different milestones- number of apps created, number of downloads, ranking milestones, features, etc. It’s free to DL at https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1128523755 (Google Play coming soon).
