App is crashing on my iPad, why?

Hello…

I just have my app on the Apple Store. Yesterday (7/15/15)

“Easy Music School 1” is the name of the App.

I bought it to test it on my iPad. I have 2 iPads.

In one iPad it works fine, but in the other one it crash!!!

the screen goes “BLACK”

it crashes on the middle of the app,

opens fine and when I go from one

book1.lua to book2.lua – CRASH.

----- WORKS FINE --------

The iPad that works fine is iOS 8.4

* iPad Old. The first iPad I bought 4 or 5 years ago

*Version 8.3 (12F69)

*Capacity 12.5 GB

*Model MC705LL/A

I just install the update about a week ago.

----- THIS IS NOT WORKING --------

The iPad also is iOS 8.4

* iPad New. I think is iPad 2, bought about 2 years ago

*Version 8.4 (12H143)

*Capacity 13.0 GB

*Model MC979LL/A

I just install the update 10 minutes ago.

Any suggestions, why is my app working in one iPad and not on the other?

My friend downloaded My app, on an iPad Mini

and it works fine there…

Please I need your help, thank you for everything.

Hi @helloworld2013d,

We would need a crash report from the Xcode device log if you can get it. You say that both iPads are running 8.4, but then your list shows that one is running 8.3 and the other 8.4. What is the true case?

1.- How do I get the report from xCode?

2.- And yes, the OLD iPad is 8.3, this one WORKS!!

3.- The iPad that is not working is 8.4, I just did the update a few hours ago.

I have 1 lua file that has 40 images

the 41 I guess is when I go to another lua file with another 20 images

But in this iPad it works fine

in the other one NOT.
