My app went live today and it says under the title in the App Store that it uses IAP but when you scroll down passed the description no IAPs are listed.
Is this normal for a new App or should I be worried ?
All the IAP items have been accepted.

In my experience it’s pretty normal.
I have had apps accepted with IAPs and the IAPs don’t appear immediately on the store listing.
It takes a while for the IAPs to show on the store listing - but as to how long I couldn’t say as I never paid attention. I just noticed some weeks after that they appeared. Of course, they could have appeared hours/days later I don’t know…

as far as i know, iap items only get listed when bought… so just be patient
