That’s called keyword stuffing. They are using as many keyterms as they can think of hoping people searching for say Candy Crush or Kids Interactive Story will hit on their app. It’s totally impossible to tell from that title what the app really is, and I can’t believe Apple allowed this to go through, if that’s the title and not the description. It’s against the rules on so many levels!
