App not displayed as not installed completely when using TestFlight

I am using Apple’s TestFlight to distribute my app to the external beta testers. However, I am getting complaints that the circular “progress icon” stops at “five to twelve” (see attached screenshot) and never completes. I tried it myself and I get the same problem. Funny thing is that the app does get installed completely in spite of TestFlight telling that it is not.

Sure, the app gets installed alright, but it is kind of embarrasing having to tell my testers that the testing tool does not work properly…

Anyone else having the same problem?

UPDATE: just saw the typo in the subject, sorry about that, can’t edit it…

I have exactly the same issue, which is annoying because TestFlight worked fine before it was integrated into iTunes.

I have the same issue, and I do the same: “It will look like it didn’t finish installing, but it probably did.”

Ok, it seems that I am not the only one having this issue…

So, does anyone know how to get around this?
