I have uploaded a new apk with build 3518 two days ago and it still is not available in the store for download. It was not rolled out and should be available for 100% of all players. I don’t know if this has to do with the new 64 bit version maybe?
I have not included the new icon folder in this update.

I’ve seen long delays between upload and availability recently. Look at the app dashboard (not all apps, but the particular one that is causing problems). If the update is not yet processed it will say “Processing update”.
I contacted support yesterday, still waiting for a reply.
There have been multiple reports on the community Slack that the approval time for Google has extended to multiple days.
We can only speculate as to why these times have grown.
