App of the Week - Free Reviews?

Hi,

We recently won App of the Week with our game Pirate Island (http://blog.anscamobile.com/2011/11/app-of-the-week-november-13-2011-pirate-island/).

Although this is excellent exposure, and we’re very grateful, we have noticed that we should also be awarded free reviews on all of the LaunchPad partner websites, including Crazy Mike’s Apps, TechnoBrains and AppShrink.

Unfortunately, we haven’t had any of the free reviews, and weren’t contacted by Ansca about any of this. I have tried emailing launchpad [at] anscamobile [dot] com a couple of times, as per the instructions on LaunchPad, but I haven’t heard anything back.

Has anyone had any experience of this or know what needs to be done to get things moving?

This is not my department so I’m not certain what the procedure is, however I would encourage you to contact support using this form; http://developer.anscamobile.com/forms/support

I will be passing this along for you, although as it is Thanksgiving there may be a little more of a delay on hearing back - my apologies about that.

Hey BAM,

I did send you guys an e-mail the night I chose you as ‘App of the Week,’ but never heard back. Anyhoo, I did see your requests for the reviews, and just replied back explaining how that process works with our LaunchPad partner sites.

Hetal, I just checked my emails - I can’t find the original one you sent which is a little weird. Did it go to the right address? I got the one you sent just now, though. All is fine, just wanted to make sure we didn’t slip under the radar :slight_smile:
