app problems on iphone 4s

i have a problem in my game slippery soap, it’s in apple’s app store, when i install it on the iphone 4s the app closes itself the first time then when I try again and it opens but after a few minutes the app closes again, it happens randomly at any time so it’s not at a specific point in the game. some things that I’m using are:

-ads
-storyboard
-audio.loadsound

please some one help me with this.

Did you test on the 4s using an AdHoc profile before uploading? Do you have access to the device that is crashing on?
