App rejected due partenal gate ?

Hi All,

I have updated my existing Kids app recently to include Admob ADs. When I submitted it to Apple it got rejected due missing parental gate…

How can I handle this situation?  As you know Ads should be clicked in order to earn. if you put any message to enable ADs by parents mostly they will disable them.

what is your opinion ?
