App Rejection Confusion

Getting Started Newbie Questions

I am planning to make an app with Corona SDK. But before that I need a clarity on following questions

1 - Does Google allow us to keep purchase button in my app which redirects to my website where I can sell a subscription? 
2 - Can I give URL to my website in App? 

I asked Google but they just lead me to Policies Page which is not clear.

Apple rejects App above is done. Please help!!

For the most part, Google doesn’t check your apps for what they do.  Only if they want to feature your app will they review it.  I suspect they would want subscriptions to run through their IAP, but I don’t know if they require it.  Apple does require subscriptions to go through their IAP unless your electronic subscriptions is somehow tied to a real-world physical object, i.e. get a physical magazine shipped to you each month).

For your #2 question you certainly can provide a URL to your website in your app.
