Any advice on what to do here?
There’s not much you can do other than what Apple has suggested. You need to either change your App Privacy settings in AppStoreConnect, or remove the third party libs that are tracking user data.
As the message from Apple has said, if you are not sure what the third party libs are tracking you will need to ask them or look in their docs.

Thanks alanFlickGames for posting. I will look into it more. I’ll need to retain AdMob, AppLovin and Unity. I’m sure one or all of them is the reason for the message from Apple. Cheers.
