App Store (Individual vs Company)

I would be very thankful if I can get some opinions on what people
think is best to develop for apple, register as Individual or Company
I know it depends on yourself and also if you want to be protected
legally like LLC or Corp ect. I live in Nevada and basically I will be
only employer in my company (if I go with LLC) so basically makes
me sole-proprietor. I recently noticed you could sign up as Individual
and use a different name to publish your app with app store is this
recommended? I believe BeeBee Games is doing this (great apps btw)
Basically what do people think be better approach registering as
Individual or company if you going to be only employer and I believe
tax will still be same % because of self employment tax. The only
difference will be the fact that you are not legally protected like LLC?
Thanks in Advance any help is greatly appreciated! [import]uid: 30314 topic_id: 7676 reply_id: 307676[/import]

@kurosaki88 or who else knows

How can someone register as “individual” and later change the name that appears in AppStore (the seller name)? I am desperately looking for this info but can’t find the steps of action. Apple states clearly in the relevant form that your name+surname will be shown as the seller, when registering as “individual”. Any hints on how to overcome this?
