I could read and reply after Peach in the R.I.P. thread in Mac Safari. It is also readable in IE and FireFox on Windows.
So maybe the problem is only in one (other) thread or only in another browser or on your box!?

Hmm. The only badge that is not also a link is the Ansca Staff badge:

There are many Ansca Staff but as far as I can tell Peach is unique in that she has no picture (her picture is just an empty div, not even a in it)
