Hi guys every time I upload my up to apple there always is the same error. I have created multiple certificates and provisioning files and tried many times but it still wont work. Any help is much appreciated.
You either used a Development provisioning profile, a wildcard profile, or a Distribution profile (for AdHoc purposes, not store) profile.
Rob
HI Rob, I am sure I used the distribution provisioning file and I have redo the process with creating new certificates, taking out the old ones, but had no success. Thanks
Cleaning out everything, including your Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles folder and making sure you don’t miss anything in you keychain and a few reboots tends to take care off all of this.
You can’t tell by looking at Corona’s signing list if a “Distribution” profile is AdHoc or Store.
Yes i have done that, I removed all my certificates and keys, cleared out my Provisioning folder, rebooted, remade the certificates making sure it is App store distribution and still no luck, it always comes up with the same error. Thanks
This sounds suspiciously similar to the topic linked below.

The OP of that thread solved this issue by changing the name of the app. I know. It makes no sense, but that’s what solved the issue for him.
Well this just happened to me, Same exact error! I was going to post it but saw this thread. I just redownloaded build 2189a and same error when I try to upload my game
(This app had already been uploaded to iTunes and rejected by apple so I recently changed the name and was trying to re-upload with same distribution profile)
I looked at the other thread and I do not see how it is solved. I need to change the name of the app? Where in iTunes Connect? (because I recently did)
What about when I try to update my other apps?
I now count 3 people who have this error. Could it have something to do with…
My IOS Distribution Certificate expired 2 weeks ago so I created a new one today.
My Corona Pro recently expired and I just purchased Basic today
Also I noticed the corona build zip file looks different now and is RAR file and their is a picture of a 3d box

Sorry, I don’t know where he changed the name, you can ask the OP on the thread that I linked.
One interesting fact is that he also had an expired Pro license…
Hi I have looked at the thread you linked and I tried changing the name but it still doesnt work. Anyone help will be much appreciated. Thanks
I wish I could help, but I haven’t had this problem myself. I’m only referring to a thread where the OP had the same problem and where he claims that changing the name solved problem. Unfortunately I’m not sure where or which name he changed as it’s not clear.

I copied what 007 stated and I am not sure that it works either… Where do we change the name of the App? Where it says “Application Name” when we build for IOS from the simulator? I tried that it didn’t work. Where else would I change the name of the App?
…this is what 007 said…
" If for example your app is called ‘clock’ and is not being accepted by App Loader, then try to use ‘clock y’ instead or ‘clock er’ and in the CFBundleName you can set it display ’ clock’
I did not have to re-create any certificates, but if you have changed the keys then you might have to recreate all of the same. However if you want to update your app, you do not have to re-create any new certificates, the same ones will work. Do check that you have updated the version otherwise Apple will not let you uppload the app."
