Apple: "Get your iPhone app ready for Apple Watch"

From https://developer.apple.com/watchkit/

"Apple Watch represents a new chapter in the relationship people have with technology. Starting early 2015, you will be able to deliver innovative new experiences to your customers on their wrist. Learn how your existing app notifications can easily show up on Apple Watch. And by leveraging WatchKit, you can take your apps even further by extending and enhancing their functionality on Apple Watch."

It sure would be nice if existing app notifications with Corona worked! But it looks like Enterprise (or a non-Corona approach) will be necessary to support “WatchKit apps, Glances, and actionable notifications.”

Will Corona support the Apple Watch sometime?

My guess is that Apple Watch will need to become available before CoronaLabs can give any definitive answers.

Like corona273 said above, one possibility would be for Enterprise users to take advantage of this since they can leverage WatchKit and any other iOS API needed.

You can actually now target the Apple Watch APIs with the latest daily build of Corona Enterprise.
