Apple Kids Game parental gate ads

Hi,

Our game has been rejected by Apple because of the new rules that Apple is now applying to all apps within the category “Kids”. 

The game has (not behavioral) advertising in it, and Apple ask us to control every banner with a parental gate. 

Anyone knows how to do that?
