To those using AppLovin - have you noticed that - for as long as I can recall - they have an excessive number of clicks relative to the number of ads shown? That’s certainly been my experience in comparison to other ad networks.
I am not surprised - the display of the close button after an AppLovin ad completes is deliberately delayed. You are left waiting for the close button to appear.
In the last 6 months my click rate is running at 38% in relation to the number of impressions.
I use several other ad networks and none of the other networks are - dare I say it - sneaky in the way AppLovin holds off on displaying a close button at the end of an ad!
