applying force on different screen resolutions

Hi,

I’m trying to shoot an object A from object B to object C not in a straight line. Since there is a longer/smaller distance between object B and C on different screen sizes I can’t use the same amount of force every time. Is there a way I can make this work on different devices and still use letterbox scaling and different content areas?

Thanks for your input!

Hi,

I’m having the same problem. I’m trying to move an object on different screen sizes to the same (scaled) end point. Unfortunately the link doesn’t help and I don’t understand what I have to do. I tried to reach the same point on different screen sizes just by adjusting the applyforce value but I never got the same flight route of the object.

Could somebody please help me? I think some code would be very helpful.

Thank you!

Hi,

Does anybody have an idea? I guess it is just something very simple that I’m missing since I don’t think people just try to find force values for different screen sizes.

Thanks!
