Appodeal Modular Plugin

Hi, just a quick question regarding the new Appodeal Modular plugin. Having updated my app to use Appodeal, I have now discovered that my app doesn’t quite have enough impressions to show Amazon or MoPub ads. With the modular plugin can I remove Amazon/MoPub ads to reduce the overall size or is that not allowed as it is in the base block? I am slightly confused from reading the documents as to wether it is only the plugin.appodeal.base that must be present or the entire – Base section shown which includes Amazon/MoPub ads. 

(Also, any updates on the Admob plugin with revenue share?)

Hi @Carolcoolbear.

Let me start with AdMob and revenue sharing. It’s on our list of things we want to do, but its not a priority item at this time.

As for Appodeal, I believe plugin.appodeal.base is required, but I believe you can leave Amazon and MoPub out. I’ll ask to get confirmation.

I remove Amazon and MoPub for the same reason. No issues so far. Remember the numbers are different based on the type of ads. So even if you don’t reach the banner impressions threshold you might meet the interstitial.

Our engineers have confirmed that you can leave AmazonAds and MoPub out if you wish.
