Appodeal sending requests to CoronaAds?

Using appodeal in a couple of my apps. Recently I noticed this error in the logs:

ERROR: network: Unable to resolve host “monetize-api.coronalabs.com”: No address associated with hostname: https://monetize-api.coronalabs.com/v1/plugin-beacon.json?event=impression&placement=<myappodealkey> (java.net.UnknownHostException)

Is Corona Appodeal going first through CoronaAds?

How do I get rid of this error?

Corona Version:

2016.2949

Are you seeing this on iOS or Android?

Also, is this happening every time you start the app, or only on occasion?

Android Version: 6.0.1

Tablet is using LTE on AT&T (currently don’t have Wifi).

Happens only occasionally, when it happens I don’t get any ads.

The second time it happened I was streaming music in the background and that did not skip. It appears like a DNS issue but I don’t understand why or how. I immediately went to CNN on the tablet on both occasions and it loaded. Maybe that domain hasn’t been properly propagated to one of the AT&T servers? Just a guess don’t really know.

It looks like intermittent networking issues. This particular domain has been active since the beginning of the year. It’s a very strange issue and we haven’t seen or heard of it before. Nevertheless we’ll see if we can find something out…
