Appodeal Video leaves black screen

I have a non-skippable video in my app. However, when the ad finishes, the screen is black for 5 to 7 seconds until it goes back to the current scene. Does anybody know how to fix this or how to shorten this?

I cannot reproduce this issue myself. Ads on Android close quickly without any black screen.

However I’ll report the issue to the team.

Can you provide more info about which device model and OS version you are seeing this issue on?

It would also help if you could put together a simple project that demonstrates this issue and file a bug report (“Report A Bug” link at the top of this page).

I have a feeling it could be my app causing the problem. I will try revmob to see if there is the same problem.
