Apps Built with Build 551 Crashes on Galaxy Tab But OK on Milestone (Droid)

Using Built 551 on Windows Android.

Using the Hello World Sample Program (the one with the earth globe background).I built the apk file.

I transferred it to Motorola Milestone (Droid).
The app opened fine - and shows Hello World with the Earth globe background.
I transferred it to Samsung Galaxy Tab (Wifi only version - GTP1010).
The application opened, but there was a black screen.
After 5 seconds it crashed (closed on its own) - with no error messages, not even a Force Close message.

For both Milestone and Galaxy Tab, I notice that it uses the Blue facebook icon,even though the Facebook Icon was never part of the package!

Using Built 505.

No problems.
It works fine for both Motorola Milestone and also
Samsung Galaxy Tab (Wifi only version - GTP1010).
My enviroment - Windows XP SP3.
JDK 1.6.0_21.
I have reported the Bug as Case #6487.

I have nearly the exact same thing…take a look at my last post here: http://developer.anscamobile.com/forum/2011/06/15/audio-resume-help

I opened a bug ticket this morning…my tablet is an asus transformer, but any daily build from 544-551…this is happening.

Hopefully this gets addressed soon, as these later builds fix an audio issue that I really need for my app.

I’ve complied gosts & monster sample while testing a service.

App icon was blue facebook icon, not sure where it came from :slight_smile:
