Are Corona builds done locally or by Corona Servers?

Hi

Just a quick question… Are Corona builds (Windows for Android) done on the local machine or uploaded to some Corona server to be built? I’ve seen conflicting information regarding this (it appears that Corona does at least validate the license on each build).

NO

For building ur application your whole source code will upload on server and you give only binary file for each and every build. There is no option such like offline build.

Just to clarify:

  • Only tokenized project file data is sent to the Ansca servers during builds. Your source code and assets are not sent to the servers.
  • You must have reliable Internet access for doing device builds since information is sent to the Ansca’s servers during the build process. Internet connection is not required for using the Corona Simulator.

Are the servers down right now? I keep getting Build Error #5 and a [Error: A device build error occurred on server.] in my console. [import]uid: 14218 topic_id: 12025 reply_id: 43933[/import]

i want offline build means i want xcode project so is there any roadmap for this? This project because if i want to integrate custom module than how is possible?
Please give me suggestion.

Hmmm, not ideal - but I can live with it if my source and assets aren’t uploaded  I think I’ll buy. [import]uid: 73935 topic_id: 12025 reply_id: 43986[/import]

And if I want offline build than what I have to do?

Carlos Please Help me out.

Actually, it is (should be) possible… But don’t expect it to be cheap…
