Are InMobi and TapforTap no longer supported ad networks?

I wanted to reactivate my TapForTap ads that had been dormant for some time and get an error saying plugin.tapfortap cannot be found.

I also tried building an iOS version of my app for device testing, with inmobi integrated and the Build server could not find that plugin either. I thought I remembered reading something a while back about how some ad plugin developers never upgraded their plugins to 64-bit. Is this the case?

Yes, several ad vendors did not make the transition to 64 bit and therefore they are unavailable. inMobi is part of the Fuse suite of mediated ads, so once we get the Fuse plugin released, you will be able to access inMobi then.

Thanks Rob.

Do you have an ETA of that might happen, by chance?

We are still working out some backend issues.  No ETA

Rob

Thanks again.

Is there a list somewhere of the ad networks that did adhere to the 64-bit requirement and are thus still supported by Corona?

Hi @marsone,

Here’s the current list. Note, however, that the Chartboost plugin has been dropped (support) by the author, and if it doesn’t function properly anymore I will remove it from the list.

Hi Brent;

I hope you will keep Chartboost as a plugin as long as practical. We have it in several apps and it works rather flawlessly with recent Daily Builds. Plus, Chartboost seems to be one of the only advertising providers that has ads specifically for Amazon Store devices (will Fuse have this??). Thanks for all your support of our community.
