We’ve had a support email sent to use by users saying that on both of these devices our app crashes after the splash screen. There is nothing in the app itself that should cause this to happen, unless the device doesn’t have a DocumentsDirectory to load/save data from/to.
I’ve had a search and the only issue I could find that could possibly explain it is an Open GL change that was made fairly recently:
