audio.loadStream + excessive screen touching = crash

I thought this one was a bug fixed with 268, but I still can crash my device by quickly “drawing” circles with my finger on the screen, while playing a background music theme (m4a 90 seconds) on iPhone3G.

Do you still have similar performance drops / crashes? [import]uid: 7356 topic_id: 5518 reply_id: 305518[/import]

Would you please submit a reproducible test case (with the assets) and the actual crash logs (the .crash and .plist and not a copy and paste…information gets mangled sometimes).

Also please mention the version of Corona you are using (268) so we don’t lose this info.
Also the model(s). (iPhone3G)
iOS version number(s).
And do you see this problem in the simulator?

What other devices and os versions have you tested on?

Also tell us if you are using OpenFeint and if you are in trial mode or subscription. (This affects which binary we need to debug.)

Where do I find these two files ? [import]uid: 7356 topic_id: 5518 reply_id: 18720[/import]

I am talking about the device only. I cannot crash the simulator.

Where do I find the .crash and .plist files ?

Log Files:

iOS:
Macintosh users can find crash logs in ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/

Windows users can find crash logs in Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice<iphone name>

For Corona Mac Simulator Crashes:
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter
/Library/Logs/CrashReporter

(Here is a random link to slightly more detailed instructions:

Also, one last question I forgot to ask, does it crash in the Xcode Simulator?
[import]uid: 7563 topic_id: 5518 reply_id: 18723[/import]

Corona subsrciption
Build 268
iPhone 3G
OS 3.1.3 (7E18)
Have not tested on other devices
No crashes in Corona/xCode Simulators
No OpenFeint

Where do I send you the log files? I cannot post on Issues section any more (don’t see any post button!).

Thanks! [import]uid: 7356 topic_id: 5518 reply_id: 18728[/import]
