I’m back to trying to use the Tab View sample to build my App on. Made good headway but need to add some actions based on buttons on a screen.
How can I change screens with a button instead of the tab bar?
I.e. I have a setup screen where I want to use a Cancel or Back button as it would be more intuitive.

Apologies for the bump.
I’m patiently waiting for the new Corona UI as I’m hoping that it will have some of my missing pieces but it may not cover the tab bar/back button event anyways.
While waiting I’m trying to show some progress before my project gets scrapped altogether.
Have tried a combination of director and tab bar but can’t get a change of screens reliably using a button.
Basically what I’m having trouble with, using the Tab Bar code example, is to add a button on Screen 3 and have the button touch change to Screen 1.
