backgound music and sound not working on Vizio VTab1008

Hi there. I’m developing a simple game with Corona. The game has backgroudn music and sound effects. It works fine on the emulator and on the Samsung Galaxy, but when i test it on a Tablet, the VTAB1008 from Vizio, the sound effects does not play…

Could you help me on this behaviour?

I’ve been having trouble finding exact audio formats supported by this device.

Eg.

Supported Digital Audio Formats
MP3

I received a similar complaint today from an owner of Visio VTAB1008, all my games have mp3 SFX and background music, so they should work fine there, but apprently the guy can’t get any sound from my games.
have you found a solution to this problem?
