Best way to create 10x10 grid?

Hi everyone,

I need to create a 10x10 grid on the screen and allow a user to click on a cell to select. The cell should be able to hold text and an image if needed. What is the best way to do this? I will be passing data to fill the grid. I don’t mind going through the cells manually in code to fill it in. Would I use a touch event? Or buttons? I want a clean looking grid.
