Best way to make Javascript calls locally?

I’m trying to use the Playtomic API (http://www.playtomic.com/), they provide a javascript api for high scores and analytics.

Is it possible to call a local html file via network.request() (or any other way) that contain javascript code? What would be the best way to go about this? [import]uid: 13780 topic_id: 13606 reply_id: 313606[/import]
